1 Absolutely must be able to manage photos on the back end. I consider this a Go/No Go feature. That means to me that I must be able to backup my photos and they must be arranged in the way I choose. I have carefully organized photos in YYYY\YYYY-MM-DD Event. I must be able to edit the photos directly with an editor of my choosing. If I move a photo, Monument needs to automatically update for these changes.
2. Name Tags embedded in the photo. My understanding is that there is no true standard for name tags. However Google Picasa had a pretty good standard. They embedded an unique ID and that linked to a name in a database.
