The Connect button on the "Add Network Backup" form only works when all fields are completed for both SMB and SFTP options - so for connecting to SMB shares you need to first add an SFTP path.
Further, once connected the list of available folders on the SMB server doesn't scroll so on servers with a large number of shared folders not all are accessible on some mobile devices (ie iPhone 6S)
