Cannot connect to new Monument 2

My new Monument 2 worked for a brief time, but now it has stopped letting me access. I have tried with both my iPhone and my iPad, nothing.

It says "Disconnected" in the iPhone app, and nothing works when I follow your instructions.

I Monument 2 is connected to an external hard drive and to my modem.

Red or yellow LED means an issue with firmware or hardware. If it remains red, contact support. See troubleshooting in the support portal

I have this very same problem. I cannot connect from any of my Apple devices to Monument 2. Even when I am on the same WiFi network. I can connect from my PC. Could it be related to some change in iOS?
